Eternal Spring Chi Kung Workshop:
This two-hour workshop prepares students for regular Chi Kung classes and practice. The longer format allows students to fully grasp the intention and the correct execution of each move. Held Saturdays by special announcement
We are also looking forward to morning Chi Kung practice. Speak to Sifu Lake at Tai Chi classes if you are interested.

Acupressure/Shiatsu Basics for Couple and Family Health:
Students will learn the essentials of healing touch in this ancient and very modern practice of health maintenance. Students will be introduced to treatment points (acupoints) and energy channels (meridians) in the body and will learn how harmony and balance can be drawn up and activated with appropriate, gentle touch. Specific treatments and applications to be covered depend on student’s needs and interests. Bring a partner!
